  • Food processor


  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large
  • 1 fully ripe mango
  • 2 fully ripe kiwi fruits
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp pandan leaf powder
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan protein powder of your choice
  • Date sugar to taste or sweetener of your choice


  • Peal your fruits and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Blend all into a blender until smooth.
  • Fill your bowl and top with your favorite fruits and nuts or seeds.
