Hello, my friends! I’m Lena, the heart behind Lena’s Vegan Living, a space dedicated to wellness, wholesome treats, and connection. I’m so excited to welcome you to my blog! I’ve been living a vegan lifestyle since 2011, creating delicious plant-based recipes while styling, photographing, and filming them. I’m also a proud mother of two daughters and a loving grandmother!

At Lena’s Vegan Living, my goal is to inspire and empower others by demonstrating how creating and enjoying wholesome vegan meals can be a transformative experience—not just for us, but for the world. These meals are not only nourishing and cruelty-free but also delicious, easy to prepare, and perfect for satisfying any cravings.

A Vegan Lifestyle Rooted in Transformation

Becoming vegan was a crucial step in my journey, inspired by a profound spiritual transformation. My plant-based lifestyle began in 2011 when I started creating and preparing delicious vegan recipes for family and friends. My creative approach has allowed me to reimagine traditional dishes from around the world—especially from European and Asian cultures—into spectacular plant-based gourmet meals. Through kundalini yoga, meditation, and spirituality, I deepened my understanding of how a healthy vegan lifestyle nourishes the mind, body, and soul. This awakening also strengthened my connection to the nonhuman animals we share this world with, reinforcing the importance of compassion in every aspect of life.

Why This, Why Now?

Today people are learning about the effects of their food choices, and the connections it has on the earth and the creatures who share it with us. Our culture is awakening to living by loving, instead of living from killing.
