First of all, I have a major announcement to make! I am excited about my new affiliation with an amazing company, the LOOV-Organic Superfoods. It’s been a long time since I made a new video, however, in this case, I had no excuse! Last week I received this delicious RASPBERRY POWDER from LOOV and I have a million ideas for recipes. Nevertheless, I decided to go with only a simple, yet delicious RASPBERRY CREAM CHEESE.

As I already mentioned, this vegan cashew cream cheese makes a delicious and satisfying breakfast, snack, or brunch. By adding fresh fruit and edible flowers you can create an impressive presentation for your guests and loved ones. I am using white pansies; surprisingly they are still blooming at this time of year in our garden. Truly happy about that!

By the way, you can use this powder in any of my older recipes, such as PITAYA MINI CHEESECAKES or RAW VEGAN SUPERFOOD CAKE. Of course, I will be making new recipes as well, because this powder is delicious, full of nutrients and the color is amazing. Just adding to a smoothie or water with ice will make your day. So refreshing for the hot summer days, when you rushing to the beach, work, or the gym.
