It’s been a while since I posted a smoothie recipe. Not that I don’t make them often, however, I was waiting for some new and unique ingredient. Otherwise, I would be just repeating myself. If you recall, I made quite a few and you can find them on my SMOOTHIE page. Besides, here I am with a new addition to my pantry from Amazon, the PANDAN LEAF POWDER.
I wanted to try Pandan Leaf for a long time because I read lots of great things about it. However, what I really need to get is a fresh plant. Hopefully, I will find it in one of our Asian supermarkets, but I am not sure. It’s been a long time since I visited one, so we will see. I will keep you posted for sure. And of course, this delicious and super healthy PANDAN LEAF SMOOTHIE that I am sharing with you. Nevertheless, the powder doesn’t have a very strong taste, but it gives a lovely green color to smoothies and it is very healthy. You can read about PANDAN LEAF health benefits and everything you need to know HERE.
In the meantime, I will be making other recipes using Pandan powder. It is very similar to Matcha powder, therefore I can try making some desserts. Thank you for visiting and please let me know what are your thoughts.
