Pandan Leaf Smoothie with Spinach, Mango & Kiwi is delicious bowl full of nutrients. It is a great body boost, for breakfast or a snack.
It’s been a while since I posted a smoothie recipe. Not that I don’t make them often, however, I was just waiting for some new and unique ingredient. Otherwise I would be just repeating myself. If you recall, I made quite a few and you can find them on my SMOOTHIE page. Besides, here I am with a new addition to my pantry that I got from Amazon, the PANDAN LEAF POWDER.
And of course, this delicious and super healthy PANDAN LEAF SMOOTHIE that I am sharing with you. Nevertheless, the powder doesn’t have very strong taste, but it gives lovely green color to smoothies and it is very healthy. You can read about PANDAN LEAF health benefits and everything you need to now HERE.
I wanted to try Pandan leaf for a long time, because I read lots of great things about it. However, what I really need to get is the fresh plant. Hopefully I will find it in one of our Asian supermarkets, but I am not sure. It’s been a long time since I visited one, so will see. I will keep you posted for sure.
In the meantime, I will be making other recipes using Pandan powder. It is very similar to Matcha powder, therefore I can try making some desserts. Thank you for visiting and please let me know what are your thoughts.
